After you approve your proof, your seal is hand-carved and dispatched within about 10 days. We ship worldwide with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination; you'll receive tracking as soon as your seal leaves the workshop.
We stand behind every seal. If the finished piece isn't what you approved, or you're simply not happy with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a free re-carve.
Each seal is carved from natural stone, so slight variations in colour, veining and grain are part of its character — no two are identical. This is the mark of a real, hand-made object, not a flaw.
Because every seal is personalised to your name, we're unable to resell returned pieces. Personalised orders are therefore final once approved and carved — which is exactly why we send a proof first, so you can be certain before we begin.
